Discovery & Research

We conducted workshops with sales and product teams to understand pricing logic, quote workflows, and product variations.

Architecture & Prototyping

Designed a new database model from scratch to support configurable product logic. Created front-end flows for both customer and sales agent quoting tools.

Engineering & Development

Rebuilt the pricing engine with clean, scalable architecture. Developed two quoting interfaces and integrated pricing rules with validated calculations.

Handover & Empowerment

Delivered pricing and product admin controls to the client, enabling them to manage updates without code changes. Introduced team onboarding and support documentation.
